Booked around the campaign, not the other way round
A sale campaign runs to fixed dates: the photographer, the first open home, auction day. The garden has to be finished before the first of them, so the work is planned back from your dates.
Agents can book on a vendor’s behalf. Tell us the address, the access and the deadline, and we will confirm what is achievable before anything is agreed.

How quickly can you do a pre-sale clean up?
Most pre-sale work is turned around in days, not weeks. Tell us your photography and open home dates when you enquire, and we will confirm what is achievable before you book.
Can an agent book it for the vendor?
Yes. We just need the address, the access details and the campaign dates.
Do I need to sign up to a program?
No. A pre-sale clean up is a one-off job. If you end up staying after all, it can become the first visit of a regular maintenance schedule.
What if the garden is badly overgrown?
That is what the full reset is for. Overgrowth is cut back, dead plants are cleared, and the beds, lawn and edges are brought back into shape, then everything is taken away.
